Mikael Aronowitsch (CEO), MBA and MSc (Tech). Born in 1951. Has a solid background of leading positions in US and Swedish IT companies, among others. He is also Member of the Boards of Aronowitsch & Lyth AB (publ), Cominvest Systems (UK) Ltd, Art Auctions Scandinavia AB, Royal Blue AB and Skandinaviska Handelskompaniet AB.

Stefan Aronowitsch (Chairman of the Board), BA. Born in 1948. Has longstanding experience of managerial positions in the pharmaceutical and marine industries. He is also CEO of Aronowitsch & Lyth AB (publ) and is a member of the Boards of Aronowitsch & Lyth AB (publ), Royal Blue AB and Skandinaviska Handelskompaniet AB.

Tommy Brolin, PhD (Tech). Born in 1943. Has worked for many years as a patent agent, and is former patent director and senior consultant at Albihns AB. He is also a partner in Zacco Group, one of Europes leading consultant companies in intellectual property law. He is presently active in Brolin IP Services AB.

Thomas Lindqvist, solicitor. Born in 1950. Partner in the law firm Hammarskiöld & Co AB. Has worked for many years as a corporate lawyer and consultant to Swedish and international IT companies, among others. He is also a member of the Boards of Aronowitsch & Lyth AB (publ), Beckman Skola AB and United International Pictures AB.

Kjell Nilsson, Lieutenant-General (R). Born in 1943. Air Force officer with many years’ experience of managerial positions in the Swedish Armed Forces. Has experience both as player and coach in the Swedish international ice hockey team.

Håkan Pettersson (No image), Major General. Born in 1947. Air Force officer with many years’ experience of managerial positions in the Swedish Armed Forces. Former Director of the Military Intelligence and Security Service (MUST) until May 31 2007. This position included responsibility as Chief of security for the Swedish Armed Forces and the Chief of signal protection for the Total Defense. He is now appointed Chief Military Staff of H.M. the King.
