Why do you need protectiona against compromising emanations?
All electronic equipment generates electromagnetic signals that are radiated in, for example the air and electronic wires. These signals can contain secret information!

When you use a mobile phone, your speech are translated to electromagnetic signals that are sent
out into the air through the antenna. The signals are picked up by a base station that forwards the
signals to the receiver’s mobile phone, where the signals are translated back to speech which the receiver can understand.
Like the mobile phone, equipment such as a computer screen or a keyboard, generates unintentional
signals that can easily be eavesdropped using simple equipment. The obtained signals can then be recreated to the original information, like for example a copy of the computer screen or the text entered on the keyboard.
The eavesdropping threat constitute a high risk to your organisation because it is invisible. An attack on a network almost always leaves traces and you can take actions accordingly. But if someone eavesdrop on electromagnetic signals radiated from your computer equipment in the air, in electronic wires, heating pipes etcetera, it will never come to your attention!

Comex® Screen Client

The Screen Client is developed to meet future demands regarding powerful computing, compact design and appealing exterior. The computer is integrated in a high resolution, crystal clear 24” TFT monitor, with excellent performance in any application. This results in a powerful eavesdropping-protected computer, which size almost corresponds with the 24” TFT monitor.

In order to achieve ultimate ergonomic flexibility, the base adds ease and comfort with convenient height and angle of tilt adjustment. All driver units, as removable HD, DVD and USB, are placed behind the protected door on the right side for easy access. The tilt function also makes it easy to attach all cable assemblies at the bottom of the Screen Client.

The slim design as well as the low weight makes it ideal to use as a wall mounted monitor. It is also very suitable for thin client solutions.

All the circuit boards as well as the driver units are carefully tested in order to offer excellent performance and best possible quality. The Screen Client is equipped with “long life” components, which makes it possible to offer identical products during several years.

Comex® Tower PC is designed for maximum performance, scalability and reliability. It also fulfils the need of an eavesdropping protected computer system of the Swedish Military requirements for handling secret and top secret information.

Comex® Colour Laser Printer

Comex® Laser printer

Comex Laser printer is an easy-to-use, reliable, compact black and white laser printer, ideal for high quality documents. It produces sharp text and details with a greyscale that enables various shades of grey, from the first to the last print-out, with up to 1200 dpi print-out quality. The exceptionally small dimension of the printer makes it perfect for a desk, a shelf or on another small, appropriate area. High-speed print-outs and a rapid heating technique enable fast print-outs.

Comex® Scanner

The Comex Document Scanner offers fast automated duplex scanning as well as the flexibility to handle smaller items such as ID cards, receipts, checks and business cards.
Enhance productivity with unattended scanning using the 50-page automatic document feeder, resulting in sharp, legible scans at 600-dpi resolution with 48-bit colour.
Create a document management solution or integrate into an existing system using ISIS®, TWAIN and WIA drivers, included in the software package. There is also the possibility to convert scans into editable text.

Comex® Security Cabinet

The Comex Security Cabinet is unique product that is protected against compromising emanations by itself, regardless of the equipment you choose to install within. You can upgarde or change your equipment without compromising the protection.

It offers 26 e.a. fibre optical ports as well as 2 e.a. 230V AC connections on the inside, making the Security Cabinet ideal for protecting routers, switches, firewalls, mini servers etc.
